Dara Engle – Director of Human Resources

Dara Engle is responsible for the comprehensive operation of The Howard Hughes Corporation’s Human Resources department; she reports to Reuben Davidsohn. She also spent four years as a Human Resources consultant to small and mid-sized organizations, providing direction and support on overall department structure, HR technology programs, employee relations, recruitment efforts, payroll administration, and government compliance efforts.

Ms. Engle worked for large corporations such as Blockbuster Entertainment and Best Buy, where she served as a Regional Human Resources Director, effectively supervising the Human Resources department for large employee populations, scaling up to 2,000 employees. She earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration in 1992 from the Florida State University.
