Located 7.5 miles from downtown Salt Lake City, in the city of Holladay, Utah, Cottonwood Mall is a unique infill development opportunity. In 2008, work began on a complete redevelopment of the 54-acre site, but development was delayed due to the changing economic environment. The original mall was completely demolished with the exception of Macy’s, a tenant which continues to operate as a stand-alone store on the site.
