Kendall Town Center is part of a 158-acre site located at the intersection of North Kendall Drive and SW 157th, approximately 18 miles southwest of downtown Miami. The Howard Hughes Corporation owns the remaining 70 acres, which is currently entitled for 621,300 square feet of retail, 60,000 square feet of office space and a 50,000 square foot of community center. The future of Kendall Town Center is currently under consideration by the Howard Hughes Corporation and plans are being developed to best position the property for the opportunities presented by prevailing market conditions.
