Kevin T. Orrock is the top division executive of The Howard Hughes Corporation. He oversees all aspects of the implementation of the master planned community of Summerlin, from advanced planning and design to sales and marketing of the community.

Pegy L. Chandler
Senior Vice President
Community Development

Peggy Chandler is senior vice president of community development for The Howard Hughes Corporation. She is responsible for the sale of all land in Summerlin, including both finished lots and parcel sales to Summerlin's merchant home builders for single- and multi-family homes and land sales for non-residential uses, including public and private school sites, worship sites, hotels and other commercial uses. Chandler also oversees Summerlin's custom homesite sales operations as well as marketing and Realtor relations.

Thomas G. Warden

Community and Government Relations

Thomas G. Warden is vice president of community and government relations for The Howard Hughes Corporation. Warden oversees the development and implementation of community, government, environmental, media and public relations programs for the master-planned community of Summerlin.

Julie Cleaver
Vice President, Planning & Design
Julie Cleaver is the Director of Planning and Design for The Howard Hughes Corporation. She manages all current and long range planning efforts as well as the entitlement review, development and design processes for Summerlin.

Randy Ecklund
Vice President and Executive Director
Summerlin Community Association

Randy Ecklund serves as executive director for the Summerlin Community Association and Summerlin Council management operations. He oversees day-to-day governance administration, property management and maintenance, accounting and finance, residential design review and residential deed restriction enforcement for the Summerlin master associations. He and his staff also handle operations, maintenance and programming of all Summerlin Council amenities including regional parks, community centers and recreational facilities.

Robert E. Carol
Director, Financial Services
Robert Carroll, CPA, is director of financial services for The Howard Hughes Corporation. He is responsible for all aspects of financial and management accounting for the master-planned community of Summerlin, including annual business plans, earnings and cash flow estimates, special improvement district financings, valuation models and financial analysis.

Nikole Liese
Director, Marketing
Nikkole Liesse is director of marketing for The Howard Hughes Corporation. Liesse oversees the development and implementation of all marketing and advertising programs for Summerlin, Summerlin's custom homesite sales operations and Realtor Relations.
