ALL ROADS LEAD TO SUMMERLIN
Located along the western rim of the Las Vegas Valley, Summerlin is the premier place to live in the Las Vegas area, and residents enjoy unparalleled amenities with more than 150 parks, 150 miles of trails, 27 public and private schools, three institutions of higher learning, 14 houses of worship, 10 golf courses, and cultural facilities, medical centers and much more.
For much of the company’s 25-year-plus history, Summerlin has consistently ranked in the Robert Charles Lesser annual poll of top-selling master planned communities in the nation. Reverence Village in Summerlin, the 22,500-acre master planned community along the western rim of the Las Vegas Valley, received the Silver award for "Master Planned Community of the Year." This latest award follows Summerlin's recent #4 ranking on the list of best-selling MPCs by RCLCO and a year of milestone development and robust sales of new homes. Further distinguishing Summerlin from its competitors, we introduced The Summit, a 555-acre joint venture with Discovery Land Company to develop an exclusive luxury golf course community with low density custom homes.
Developed on land acquired by our namesake, the 22,500-acre Summerlin moved in its first residents in 1991 and has nearly 108,000 residents today.
In opening the long awaited Downtown Summerlin in late 2014, we created a true downtown offering a vibrant shopping, dining and entertainment destination in the community. The first multifamily development in Downtown Summerlin, a joint venture with the Calida Group, is now open with 124 luxury rental units along with the Las Vegas Golden Knights NHL practice facility which opened in 2017.
There are more than 7,000 gross developable acres remaining, and its population upon completion of the community is expected to exceed 200,000 residents. We will continue to deliver new residential and commercial offerings further strengthening Summerlin’s position as the premier community in the region.
